Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at skateimpossible@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send you a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Wrong size
We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Change of mind
As a small independent brand, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please check designs and sizing carefully before ordering.

EU customers
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under EU consumer law.
